Breastfeeding is instinctual, natural, and after a little practice and getting used to, it is easy… or at least it’s supposed to be!
This is a guide for new mothers to support them with their very first breastfeed, right through to the time they begin weaning their baby onto solid foods. It contains information about what breastfeeding feels like and what to expect, nutrition for mum and baby, troubleshooting, natural first-aid, and alternative information and resources.
It provides an insight into options mothers can try when the conventional way doesn’t work for her, allowing her to take control of her breastfeeding journey. After all, we are all different and what works for one does not necessarily work for another.
This book is intended to be read BEFORE your baby comes to arm you with the information you need to smoothly transition into breastfeeding.
